What a hilarious blog entry. Are you going to add it to your stand up material? I would say it's a 3 - 4 applause breaker.
As for the Mayan calendar, I figure that the rock on 12/22/12 finally made the calendar too heavy to stay on the wall and fell to the floor, foreshadowing the end of the world. If the Mayans had some hot glue, we could have gotten another century or two to worry about.

Hey Lorraine, thanks for going into the whole physics of snow and poop for me. HA! Yes, Nash has loved the snow sometimes vearing straight into a big pile of it. I hope we get a lot more as a lot of it is beginning to get slushsy and nasty. If I don't speak to ya, Happy Holidays from Nash and me.

Hey Brian,
Snow is cold, poop is hot - well warm and heavier than snow so the poop sinks from its weight helped by its temp. The cool thing is that the snow plows will just push it away eventually.
Nash does love the snow. He spent a full winter with us here with a fenced in back yard full of snow. He used to try to bite the shovel when we tried to clean off the deck. Sometimes he would be off the deck in the yard and I would throw a shovel of snow on him. He always came back for more.
I'm so glad you and he enjoyed it. We got nothing here from the storm. Dodged that bullet. I'm sure there will be more though. We have a couple of inches on the ground is all.

I'd probably be relieving him before you play lol! Maybe he shouldn't pee in the apartment, but if you were so busting to go like I mean, really really busting in the litteral sense of the word and you didn't have much time to talk or whine or anything, then what is a dog or anything to do? Sorry, I just had to wonder... Troy whines very urgently when he's busting... I just have to make sure I take him out real quick so he doesn't start leaking! he doesn't get like that when he has to go except when his bladder is over full. I'm sure Nash will be all right; just take him out for a wee walk and crap whichever, every three or four hours for the next week or something just to reinforce the habit. I know it's a bit of a task, but that's what happens when you get a dog! lol... Don't worry be happy!

He knows you love him and hopefully will not pee in inappropriate places. Do they teach guide dogs to let you know when they have to go?? I know he is trained to only go at certain times, but there must be a way for him to let you know if he has to go at other times????

Well, Nash is a big softee, as he is now laying his head on my foot, and snoring away as I sit at the computer. I guess he is over the scolding and pouting after.
